There are different definitions of a reportable irregularity for independent reviewers and auditors. The purpose of this webinar is to clearly explain what constitutes a reportable irregularity under Regulation 29 of the Companies Act for independent reviewers and Section 45 of the Auditing Profession Act for auditors.
