This PAIA Manual prepared in terms of Section 14 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000, as amended June 2021.
This PAIA Manual must be read in conjunction with the Guide on how to use PAIA, to facilitate the public’s access to information held by the Regulator.
One of the basic values and principles governing public administration is transparency. The Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Act 108 of 1996 (Constitution) demands that transparency must be fostered by providing the public with timely, accessible and accurate information.
