POPIA: 7 Codes of Conduct received by Information Regulator

7 Notices were issued in respect of Codes of Conduct received from:
- National Radiology Services Inc
- Regio Independent School
- Rockjumper Birding Tours CC
- Silk Route Gold (Pty) Ltd
- WILLCOM (Pty) Ltd
- Willow Acres Estate, and
- Maktaba Stationery Trading As PNA
The codes deal with how personal information will be processed by each one of the companies.
Affected persons are invited to submit written comments to the Regulator (email address: [email protected]) till the 13th August 2021.
A notice will also be published for each Code of Conduct in the Government Gazette in compliance with section 61 (2) of POPIA.
