Overview

As the year draws to a close, it is a good time to look back and take stock of the key legislative changes affecting your practice and your clients’ businesses, so that you can be fully informed and up to date for the year ahead. Join our expert presenter for this four-hour session, as she unpacks all the key amendments and updates to existing Acts, including an extended look at the key changes to the Tax Administration Act. Newly released Acts, such as the Employment Services Act and the forthcoming King IV Code, will also be examined.

Presenter

Yvonne Roussouw, Course Developer and Facilitator, Probeta Training

Yvonne graduated from the University of Pretoria in 2011 with a B.Com Honours degree, after which she started her first year of articles at the University of Pretoria where she was an assistant lecturer to the CTA students. She finished her articles at BDO South Africa Inc. and registered at SAICA as a CA(SA) in 2015. During her articles, she performed statutory audits on a range of clients from various industries.

Yvonne has a passion for working with people and transferring the knowledge she has obtained to others in order for them to progress in the profession. She has been part of the ProBeta team since 2015, and her responsibilities include developing course material, facilitating courses as well as consulting clients on various technical issues.


CPD

Attendance of the half-day seminar will accrue 4 + 1 hours’ CPD for members of a relevant professional body such as ACCA, SAICA, AAT, SAIPA, SAIBA, IAC, CSSA, ICBA, LSSA, FPI, and the IBA.
