You can add your credit card details to your profile by following these easy steps. 

  1. Login to your profile.
  2. Click on My Billing.
  3. From the dropdown menue, click on Credit Card.
  4. You will now be able to provide your credit card details.
  5. Click on Save Card. 

Once the above has been completed, you would be able to use this credit card for any checkout process.

  5. Click on save banking details. 

You will now receive a phone call from onr of our friendly consultants to verify your bank account Information.

Please note that your credit card details are not stored on our system, however, we work with a tokenization system, a unique token that was returned from our provider called Peach Payments (This is our Credit Card provider and they are PCI DSS Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard Level 1 Certified).

When entering your credit card details into our system, our system submits a direct request to our service provider called Peach Payments, they then validate your credit card to protect you against fraud and if the verification process was completed and successful they will return a unique token to us that we may store and charge against in future.

By storing your actual credit card details on our system would be a massive security risk for yourself and also for us, hence the reason why the tokenization system was implemented. 

The above functionality has been implemented for ease of use, this way once the unique token was returned from our provider for your credit card and saved by our system you can continue buying products / events without having to repeatedly enter your credit card details. This is called a 2 click checkout method.

We can ensure that all safety precautions has been followed and that the service provider we use is completely safe and that your unique token will not be used anywhere else besides on our system

The certificate can be accessed from your profile by logging in and navigating to your Dashboard > My Events and then clicking on "Links & Resources" next to the event.  Go to “CPD” to claim your hours and the certificate will automatically be loaded under “My CPD”

We offer the platform for you to manage your CPD hours/certificates throughout the year. Your hours still needs to be logged with the professional body you are registered at.
  • Access to a selected number of events and webinars (depending on which package you choose). Please note that event venues are only hosted as advertised.

  • Automated management of CPD points and CPD certificates
  • CPD badges to prove competence and impress potential clients

  • All events are streamed online: if you can't attend then view the event online (available for 12 months)

CPD members must register for a seminar or 4 hour webinar.  There is no need for a CPD Member to register for the 2 hour webinars.  If a CPD member can’t attend a seminar or webinar, the recording will be loaded on the profile

This is an annual subscription and full payment need to be made by December of each year.  A once off payment can be made by EFT or a debit order payment will be put in place with the annual fee divided into the remaining months.  Once payment is made or D/O arrangement is in place the recordings of all the events will be made available in your profile to watch at any time and the same amount of CPD hours will apply as for the actual event.

You can log your CPD hours by following these easy steps.

  1. Login to your profile. 
  2. Click on My CPD.
  3. Click on Allocate CPD.
  4. Select your CPD date, ("This was the day that the date that cpd was awarded")
  5. Enter the amount of hours you obtained, ("example 2")
  6. Enter the CPD source, This would be the Institute title or event title that provided you this cpd.
  7. If any certificate was provided or document confirming these hours, you can upload them by clicling on choose file and selecting the file.
  8. Click on Allocate CPD.  

The list of upcoming events is updated on a regular basis and can be found on the website under EVENTS/UPCOMING EVENTS
