This session will introduce participants to the principles of building and maintaining professional relationships, as well as providing practical guidance for typical workplace situations.

Obtaining your certificate   

This webinar qualifies for 3 CPD hours with your professional body including: ACCA, SAICA, AAT, SAIPA, SAIBA, IAC, CIS, ICBA, LSSA, FPI, and the IBA. The SAAA CPD policy is compliant with IFAC IES7 and is recognised by all relevant professional bodies. 

All attendees are issued with a CPD certificate available in an online profile. 


About the presenter 

Charmaine Nadasan 

Charmaine Nadasan has been working in the training field since  2012. She is the holder of a B. Com (Unisa), Post Graduate Certificate in Education (Unisa), and Advanced Credit Diploma (Institute of Bankers SA) .  

Charmaine is a seasoned facilitator and is registered as an assessor and moderator for the Generic Management qualification as well as various other unit standards with Services SETA, BANKSETA and ETDP SETA . In addition she has 10 years banking experience and has been a franchisee for two popular business ventures.  

Charmaine has managed the Banking Academy for 6 years, training unemployed graduates to become work-ready.
