Overview

Business and share valuations (BSV) could be the new growth area for your accounting practice. Your firm can no longer just rely on traditional accounting work in order to be profitable. BSV services can deliver profits for your firm all year round and the profit margins are much bigger than plain financial statement preparation. Attend this half-day seminar to take up your share of the growing BSV market.

You can attract and retain new clients by offering BSV services for buying and selling businesses, declaring dividends, shareholder agreements, deceased estates and capital gains tax events.

The seminar will explore the three ways to value a business and when to select which method.

You will learn how to accurately value a business and make your clients happy. This means more profits for your firm.

Money back guarantee!

We guarantee that by the end of the seminar you will understand the terminology and different methods applied in valuing a business, as well as use of a proprietary valuation model to assist in placing a value on the targeted business.
