Charmaine is a seasoned facilitator and is registered as an assessor and moderator for the Generic Management qualification as well as various other unit standards with Services SETA, BANKSETA and ETDP SETA . In addition she has 10 years banking experience and has been a franchisee for two popular business ventures.
Charmaine has managed the Banking Academy for 6 years, training unemployed graduates to become work-ready.
