Portraying a self-confident and poised image is a skill that is much too often overlooked by many professionals, but these are the traits that clients and other observers use to make judgements about us and our business. Knowing the principles for professional success and the basics of good manners and etiquette will go a long way in improving self-confidence and the way in which others perceive us.   

 Our Business Etiquette session is designed for the young graduate just starting his/her career , as well as any individual that is embarking on a learning journey to acquire new skills.

Obtaining your certificate 

This webinar qualifies for 2 CPD hours with your professional body including: ACCA, SAICA, AAT, SAIPA, SAIBA, IAC, CIS, ICBA, LSSA, FPI, and the IBA. The SAAA CPD policy is compliant with IFAC IES7 and is recognised by all relevant professional bodies. 

All attendees are issued with a CPD certificate available in an online profile. 


About the presenter 

Charmaine Nadasan 

Charmaine Nadasan has been working in the training field since  2012. She is the holder of a B. Com (Unisa), Post Graduate Certificate in Education (Unisa), and Advanced Credit Diploma (Institute of Bankers SA) .  

Charmaine is a seasoned facilitator and is registered as an assessor and moderator for the Generic Management qualification as well as various other unit standards with Services SETA, BANKSETA and ETDP SETA . In addition she has 10 years banking experience and has been a franchisee for two popular business ventures.  

Charmaine has managed the Banking Academy for 6 years, training unemployed graduates to become work-ready.
