This presentation discusses an online payment solution that the CIPC is implementing for its clients towards the payment of services that the CIPC offers. Currently, the clients of the organisation are requested to deposit money in their CIPC accounts before they can effect payment for services at the CIPC. This has created a lot of problems for the CIPC among others, forcing the CIPC to keep clients fees at its disposal and having to deal with misallocations of fees. This solution alleviates much of the administration burden, more importantly, offers convenience to users because they then will have more than one option (cash, EFT or Card) to pay for services. The first phase of the implementation focuses on debit cards and the second and third phases will focus on EFT and cash respectively.
Card payment solution or e-commerce based payment options.
