Edith Wilkins has been with Sekretari for the past 22 years. In addition to being the current General Manager, she is spearheading Sekretari’s CIPC registrations department and is constantly in contact with CIPC.
She stays informed about CIPC requirements and rules and has an excellent knowledge of the Companies Act and compliance thereof.
She has attended several courses on Corporate Governance with Tshwane University as well as with UNISA and information sessions at CIPC.
She has presented webinars and provided in-house training as per clients’ requirements.
