Charmaine Nadasan has been working in the training field since 2012. She is the holder of a B. Com degree, Post Graduate Certificate in Education, and Advanced Credit Diploma. Charmaine is a seasoned Facilitator and is registered as an Assessor and Moderator for the Generic Management qualification as well as various other unit standards. In addition, she has 10 years banking experience and has been a franchisee for two popular franchise businesses where she managed the daily operations of these businesses.
Thirusha Nadasan CA(SA)
Thirusha is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). She is an experienced finance professional with 11 years working experience in large corporate environments and 8 years post articles experience at a top 40 JSE listed company in various financial management roles. She has spent most of her career sharpening her skills and competence in both financial analysis and business strategy to add value at an executive level in an organization. She has gained extensive experience in commercial finance and financial modelling, financial management, project management, people management, finance business partnering, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting as well as executive reporting. She also has had exposure to small business entrepreneurship through two family owned businesses.
