About the presenters

Christeen van Jaarsveld

Christeen’s passion is helping people find finance solutions, she was awarded many achievements in the mortgage origination industry sector as top sales consultant. She prides herself in helping clients find workable finance solutions. After 16 years in the finance industry she was privileged to meet up with Piet de Jongh to help developer a Financial Intermediary business that offers a full 360-degree financials solution for business, commercial, industrial, agricultural and individual clients.

Piet De Jongh

Piet’s journey saw him gaining experience at the coal face, middle, and executive management levels in the banking and financial intermediary markets. His entrepreneurial mindset causes him to be constantly seeking opportunities to find innovative solutions for financing needs of business entities and individuals and, together with Christeen, led to the establishment of the first 360-degree “non-bank, personal banker” financial intermediary service in South Africa offering wealth creation, protection and recovery solutions through an associated network of credit and service providers, funders and financiers. He is driven to achieve value-adding experiences to all stakeholders.

Ciaran Ryan

Ciaran Ryan is a financial journalist with more than 30 years’ experience. He currently edits Accounting Weekly (www.accountingweekly.com) and is a regular contributor to Moneyweb, Groundup, Mining Decisions and other publications. He has written at various times for Mail & Guardian, Finweek, Financial Mail, Business Day, Destiny Man, Independent Newspapers, Noseweek, to name a few. He also has a background in mining and was previously production manager for a gold mining operation in Ghana. He has authored several books, including Platinum Man and Dictionary of Stock Market Terms
