Completion of UniHaven's Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Management makes you eligible to advance to the final stage of the MBA where you will be required to complete a thesis. This flexible pathway aims at removing “prevalent rigid boundaries and creating new possibilities for lifelong learning”. About the presenter 

Brian McDonald 

Brian McDonald has 30 years private sector management experience, 10 years higher education experience, 1 of which as CEO & Academic Operations Director of an Irish Multi Centre Foundation Provider. Brian holds an MSc. Talent, Leadership & HR Strategies, and a BSc. Biotechnology, both from the Dublin City University. Brian is a member of the Certified Institute of Personnel Development and he is the current CEO of UniHaven.
