Overview 

The Immigration Act 13 of 2015 specifies the requirements to obtain a Business Visa. These requirements are contained in Section 15 and Regulation 14 of the Act. 

Accountants play a crucial role in assisting both the Department of Home Affairs and investing foreigners to ensure a smooth Business Visa process. 

This is also a potential avenue for additional revenue as more and more foreigners need Business Visa's.
