Overview
Non-profit Organisations (NPOs), Non-profit Companies (NPCs) and Public Benefit Organisations (PBOs) are business entities with peculiar characteristics and requirements. The CIPC and SARS demand specific requirements on some of these organisations.
As a professional accountant, bookkeeper, auditor or tax practitioner, you must know that these entities have unique registration and reporting requirements. The tax treatment of these entities' commercial activities is also different from that of "normal" business entities.
This webinar discusses NPOs, NPCs and PBOs in exhaustive detail, spelling out all their similarities and differences, with special emphasis on the role of the accountant/ tax practitioner.
Join Ricardo Wyngaard, the NPO lawyer, on 2 July 2019, from 10:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m as he discusses these business entities.
