This webinar builds on Part 1 of the series which explored the fundamentals of risk identification, assessment and management. Part 2 focuses on the practical application of these principles through the design, implementation and evaluation of internal controls.  

Through practical examples, case studies and control assessment tools, this session will equip participants with a deeper understanding of control design, performance monitoring and continuous improvement within the risk management process.

  • Continuous improvement cycle and lessons learned 

  • Case studies walk-through 

  • Conclusion. 


Obtaining your CPD certificate 

This training is compliant with the International Education Standard (IES7) issued by the International Federation of Accountants and recognised for CPD by relevant professional bodies including ACCA, CIMA, IAC, IIA, SAICA and SAIPA.
