SAICA releases new Training Regulations on an annual basis and the latest are effective from 1 January 2021.
An accredited Training Office has definite responsibilities concerning these Training Regulations, which include inter alia:
The training officer must communicate and explain the current version of the Training Regulations to all role players in relation to their responsibilities; and
All role players must apply the current version of the Training Regulations as they relate to their responsibilities.
Everyone involved in the SAICA training programme must have a working knowledge of the latest Training Regulations and communication of the latest Training Regulations should also be an important component in your new trainee induction programme.
