In this presentation, entitled "Bridging the Gap", we will deal with the most important changes to the legislation governing community schemes, as from 7 October 2016, namely the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act 8 of 2011, along with its Regulations, Management and Conduct Rules, as well as the Community Schemes Ombud Service Act 9 of 2011, and its Regulations.
This presentation will place some specific emphasis on the financial administration and management aspects of community schemes in terms of the aforementioned statutes.
