About the presenters 

Bongi Mokoena  

Bongiwe Mokoena is Senior Practice Success Manager with Sage. Her role involves assisting Sage clients on key initiatives to grow their practices. She assists with setting up and driving marketing campaigns as well as inform clients of changes in the market and industry.  

Bongiwe has been with Sage for 3 years and also had a stint with CaseWare where she enhanced her skillset and experience. Bongiwe is passionate about practice management and she ensures that clients move to the cloud in a quick and efficient manner with minimal downtime.   

Boitumelo Segole 

Boitumelo Segole has been with Sage for 12 years where she started off in the Accounting Registration Department. She then moved to the Accounting Support Department, then went to work at the SBCA Online Accounting Program as Senior Support Consultant. She is now a Practice Success Manager. 

Bouitemelo's goal is to assist clients from a Sage perspective on key initiatives to grow their practices. Bouitemelo assists with setting up and driving marketing campaigns that assist client base growth. She uses her insights from a Sage perspective on changes in the market and industry and communicates these to clients.
