Overview
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting is becoming increasingly important as stakeholders, regulators, investors and other users of information demand greater transparency around an organisation’s non-financial performance. As ESG information becomes more prominent in corporate reporting, assurance over non-financial data is increasingly important to enhance the credibility, reliability and usefulness of that information.
Join Sandra Ramaite on 28 September 2026 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm for The ESG Assurance Engagement: Auditing Non-Financial Data, where she will explore the key principles and practical considerations involved in providing assurance over ESG information. The session will examine the nature of non-financial data, the risks associated with ESG reporting, appropriate assurance procedures and the role of professional judgement in evaluating the reliability of ESG disclosures.
