About the presenter

Com (Unisa), Post Graduate Certificate in Education (Unisa), and Advanced Credit Diploma (Institute of Bankers SA) . Charmaine is a seasoned Facilitator and is registered as an Assessor and Moderator for the Generic Management qualification as well as various other unit standards. In addition she has 10 years banking experience and has been a franchisee for two popular franchise businesses where she managed the daily operations of these businesses.
