Nestene Botha CA(SA)

Nestene is a Chartered Accountant with a Masters Degree in Auditing Education. She has 8 years experience lecturing, training and building courses for various tertiary institutions. Her areas of expertise include entrepreneurship, auditing, corporate governance, integrated reporting and course building.

She is passionate about creating learning journeys that transfers practical skills to accountants and makes theoretical knowledge come to life. She excels at creating meaningful learning experiences for practicing accountants. In this course she uses the knowledge gained from a lifetime in corporate accounting and management positions with her skills in educational design to deliver a jam-packed action oriented curriculum that will assist students in learning everything there's to know about financial analysis.

Charmaine Nadasan

Charmaine Nadasan has been working in the Training field since 2012. She is the holder of a B. Com (Unisa), Post Graduate Certificate in Education (Unisa), and Advanced Credit Diploma (Institute of Bankers SA) . Charmaine is a seasoned Facilitator and is registered as an Assessor and Moderator for the Generic Management qualification as well as various other unit standards. In addition she has 10 years banking experience and has been a franchisee for two popular franchise businesses where she managed the daily operations of these businesses.


Prerequisites / Admission Requirements

Participants should have a basic understanding of business operations. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are recommended, as these will support the ability to assess challenges and interpret business insights.

Proficiency in communication is essential since business analysis involves collaborating with various stakeholders. Basic computer literacy, particularly in using office software for documentation and presentations, is also required.


Accreditation

This course is aligned to the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) International Education Standard (IES) 7 and is recognised for CPD / CPE by relevant accounting professional bodies which will give you 5 CPD / CPE hours.

This course is also accredited by the FPI with approval number FPI23035390 for 5 CPD Hours.


Assessments

This course includes formative assessments to test your knowledge throughout the modules. Learners must achieve all competencies of the course.


Assessment and Certification

On successful completion (i.e. competence in all modules) of this course the learners will be awarded:

Payment Terms

Payments

  • Minimum payments must be made via direct EFT or credit card before a course starts.
  • Full payment is required before the start date.
  • For debit order plans, the first payment is due on the start date.
  • Access to content will be denied if payment terms are not followed.

Cancellations

  • Written notice is required for cancellations.
  • Cancellation fees vary based on the timing of the cancellation relative to the course start date:
    • No fee if cancelled more than 10 working days prior.
    • 100% fee if cancelled less than 10 working days prior.
  • Non-refundable items include course application fees and modules that were accessed.

General Terms

  • The application fee, if any, is non-refundable.
  • Continuous access to the content is dependent upon adherence to the payment terms and conditions.
