The shift towards hybrid and remote work has fundamentally transformed how teams operate, collaborate, and deliver results. While hybrid models offer flexibility and access to broader talent, they also present new leadership challenges—particularly in maintaining accountability, building trust, and sustaining engagement across both physical and digital environments. Traditional management approaches, which rely heavily on physical visibility and direct supervision, often fail to deliver consistent results in distributed teams.
This webinar explores how leaders can confidently navigate hybrid work by adopting modern leadership practices designed for digital and blended workplaces. Rather than viewing hybrid work as a people problem, this session reframes it as a systems and leadership capability challenge. Attendees will gain insight into how trust and accountability are established, how performance can be managed without micromanagement, and how meaningful engagement and connection can be maintained regardless of physical location.
Join Annelien Feldtmann CA(SA), Neuro Coach on the 19th of November 2026 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am as she provides practical frameworks, neuroscience-informed insights, and actionable leadership tools to help you manage hybrid teams effectively.
