Overview
B-BBEE codes have remained largely unchanged since 2013. However, on 31 May 2019, the Department of Trade and Industry released gazetted changes to the Amended Generic B-BBEE Codes of 2013.
These changes are quite significant and must be implemented by 1 December 2019! Every B-BBEE practitioner, accountant and stakeholder must have thorough understanding of the amendments by this date. The amendments include changes to General Principles, Skills Development, Enterprise and Supplier Development, and the section on Interpretations and Definitions.
Join Yugen Pillay as he presents this webinar with a full explanation of 2019 changes to the B-BBEE Codes. This webinar will be on 23 October 2019 from 09:00 to 11:00 and your attendance will give you 2 CPD hours.
