Yugen Pillay has over 14 years accounting experience and was with Absa bank for 4 years, PricewaterhouseCoopers for 2 years and SizwentsalubaGobodo for 6 years, He was a senior management accountant at Ai-Quadri manufacturing and financial risk accountant at Osiris trading. He is now an Associate Director heading the Economic Transformation Services. He had been the Senior Manager at SizwentsalubaGobodo in the Accounting Service Division specialising in the outsourcing of the financial functions of various entities especially those that have many audit concerns.
Yugen has headed up various teams on a broad spectrum of assignments. Him and his team assisted a fuel Retailer on reconstruction of their financial data for audit purposes. He has also assisted a large investment house and its subsidiaries on deal structuring with financial institutions by compiling the financial information. Yugen and his team assists in compiling financial data for forensic audits. He headed up the team that established and outsourced accounting and consulting division for large mining entities.
Yugen specialises in helping pilot BEE entrepreneurs to successfully start off maintain and grow their business.
