CPD hours: 2 Hours

Time: 10:00 - 11:00

Motivation, engagement, and performance in the workplace are often misunderstood and incorrectly attributed to skills, attitude, or work ethic.

Overview

Motivation, engagement, and performance in the workplace are often misunderstood and incorrectly attributed to skills, attitude, or work ethic. In reality, deeply embedded work values play a far greater role in shaping how professionals experience their work, interact with others, and sustain energy over time.

This webinar explores how work values influence motivation, frustration, engagement, and conflict in professional environments. It demonstrates how misalignment between an individual’s work values and their role, team, or organisational culture is frequently the underlying cause of disengagement, burnout, and performance challenges.

By developing a clear understanding of work values, professionals and managers can make more informed career, leadership, and people-management decisions, improving both individual satisfaction and organisational effectiveness.

Join Annelien Feldtmann CA(SA), Neuro Coach on 23 April 2026 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am as she unpacks the concept of work values, introduces a structured framework of transversal work values, and guides participants in identifying what truly motivates and energises their professional path.
