Adv. Thikhathali N. Mulaudzi has background in Law as an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa (not practicing). He currently in the employ of the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) as an Investigator within the Corporate Compliance Disclosure and Regulation (CCDR) unit. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Limpopo, a certificate in management and leadership from the Chartered Management Institute. He specialises in corporate law of which he is currently studying towards attaining a master’s degree in the specialisation of Corporate Law of which his topic is: what constitutes an offer to the public in terms of the Companies act 71 of 2008 in comparison with New Zealand.
