Master CIPC Self Service
Presenters : Edith Wilkins
Overview
A successful CIPC submission is not the same as legal compliance. While the CIPC electronic portal serves as an efficient filing and record platform, the person making any corporate submission must first ensure that the transaction is legally authorised, correctly documented and fully consistent with the Companies Act, the company's Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI) and its internal statutory records.
This practical webinar, presented by Edith Wilkins as she provides accounting professionals, company secretaries and corporate administrators with the technical skills and compliance safeguards required to handle the CIPC self-service environment safely and efficiently.
