Judy Robison
General Manager
Judy Robison specialises in the strategic design and implementation of learning and development business solutions for WNS South Africa. In her role as head of Learning and Development, she is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s learning and development strategy.
Her responsibility includes the leadership of Ucademy, a specialised BPO training and development academy and sister company of WNS South Africa.
Spanning over 20 years, she has extensive experience in the establishment of niche, specialised corporate education, training and development initiatives to meet business and sector skills demands. Prior to joining WNS, Judy worked for Mazars, Converg, Educor’s City Varsity, ITC and Cronje Bell and Associates.
Judy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science and an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology. She has also received recognition from educational technology company, SkillSoft, by being awarded with the Innovation in Learning Award, as well as the Globalised Learning Project Award.
