Jonty Sacks is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and is a director at financial advisory firm Jaltech. He is active in assisting clients in South Africa with forming Venture Capital Companies (incorporated under Section 12J of the Income Tax Act) across various sectors.
In addition, Jonty oversees African business development at Jaltech, where he focuses on identifying suitable corporate and project finance opportunities which require transactional advice, whether it be raising and structuring finance or advice through the merger and acquisition process.
Prior to joining Jaltech, Jonty practiced as an attorney at ENSAFRICA, Africa’s largest law firm.
