Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Series

Overview

Problem solving is an essential skill for any job. It is especially important in business because some type of problem is being solved every hour of every day. Successful entrepreneurs are problem solvers at heart. Some problems are small, but some are large enough and serious enough to require a team of employees to tackle the problem, analyze it, solve it, and then make sure it stays fixed. As a business owner, manager, or employee, you are required to solve problems all the time.

Whether you are working alone or with a team, you will be required to think logically and solve the problem systematically. Winging it or doing something because you have a gut feeling can be risky.
