Be aware: CIPC is enforcing the Companies Act

The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission has as one of its objectives in terms of Section 186 (1) (d), a responsibility to “promote compliance with the Act”.
CIPC and Belgacom International Carrier Services South Africa (Pty) Ltd is settling out of court after the CIPC issued a Compliance Notice for non-compliance with S30 of the Companies Act.
