CIPC amends Registration Certificate

CIPC amends Registration Certificate logo

CIPC has received feedback that the registration certificate or form CoR14.3 as issued on its newest platform, New E-Services, is not always accepted by banks and other users of CIPC and company information.

All new company registrations via New E-Services from 1 March 2021, will receive the amended version of the form CoR14.3. If it was not received, kindly download via New E-Services.

It is requested that both versions of the form CoR14.3 be accepted, after confirming the validity of the company registration and its information via the CIPC Enterprise Search functionality.

Examples of the previous form CoR14.3 issued via E-Services platform, the amended form CoR14.3 issued via New E-Services and current form CoR14.3 issued by other platforms are attached as Annexure A to this notice.
