Customers are advised to use the email addresses (set out in the table in the notice) to send enquiries to a specific unit or department, and not to personal mailboxes.  The customer code as well as enterprise number and tracking number (if applicable) must be used as reference to ensure that the staff member/s will be able to assist. Customers should also not send the same enquiry several times to the same mailbox, as it causes a blockage in the system, and this results in a longer time to finalise each query.

Customers are urged to be patient, as their mails will be attended to as soon as possible.

Relevance to Auditors, Independent Reviewers & Accountants:
