The systematic final deregistration will occur on 19 January 2024 although e-mail notification of such final deregistration will only commence during the first week of February 2024 and may take a couple of weeks to complete due to the volume of final deregistration notices being issued.

For any further inquiries, kindly log a ticket via www.cipc.co.za/ inquiries–select the Department as “Companies and Close Corporations” and the Category as “Annual Returns”.

Outstanding Annual Returns and the required AFS or FAS including the Compliance Checklist MUST be filed before final deregistration.
