The latest 3 CSOS Circulars are:
- Version 1 of CSOS’ Practice Directive on the Circular of the Opening of a Body Corporate bank account in terms of the STSMA
- Version 2 of CSOS’ Practice Directive on the Circular of the Amendment to Circular on the Approval of Special and Unanimous Resolution process in terms of the STSMA
- Version 1 of CSOS’ Practice Directive on the Circular of the Registration of a Community Scheme and Submission of Annual Returns of a Community Scheme in terms of the CSOS Service Act 9 of 2011 and the Regulations thereof.
