Warning against an online retailer

CGSO only issues a consumer alert if suppliers don't co-operate with their office and continue to rack up complaints of a similar nature.

An increased number of complaints have been received against the supplier, PC Link Computers, and the lack of cooperation with the office in resolving these disputes. The complaints relate to the online store having accepted monies from customers but failing to deliver the goods or issue promised refunds.

The CGSO is therefore alerting consumers to exercise extreme caution when ordering from this site.

The Consumer Protection Act is yet another piece of legislation that your clients must comply with, and which you must assess compliance with.
